AI assistants

AI that takes work off your hands – and leaves decisions to you

I build AI assistants for specific tasks in a business. They prepare, check and report – anything that goes out, you approve.

Ready-made assistants

All assistants work with data separated per client, logging and an emergency stop. They are currently designed for the German market, and I am looking for pilot businesses to test them in daily use.

Pilot phase

Tender finder

Searches public tenders daily for jobs that match your trade and region, rates them and reminds you of deadlines.

Pilot phase

IT caretaker

Keeps an eye on your IT: certificates, domain, email security, availability and backups. Traffic light, alerts and monthly report – read-only, no changes.

Pilot phase

Customer voice

Asks satisfied customers for reviews (with consent only), suggests replies and flags critical reviews immediately.

Pilot phase

Tenant hotline

For property managers: records damage reports around the clock, detects emergencies and alerts on-call services according to a fixed plan.

Pilot phase

Apprentice assistant

Receives applications via chat or email, schedules interviews and sends reminders – without automated selection of candidates.

AI in telephony

Coming from telephony, I connect AI where it helps day to day:

  • Recognise the caller's request and route it to the right place
  • Pre-qualify enquiries outside business hours
  • Prepare call-backs and notes automatically
  • Integration with your existing Mitel system instead of a complete replacement

My principles

  • Humans decide. Messages to customers are only sent after approval.
  • Privacy first. As little data as necessary, separated per client; data processing is governed by contract.
  • Clearly labelled. AI-generated replies are recognisable as such.
  • Sober, not hype. I tell you where AI brings nothing.
