How I work
Good planning is half the job. The more thorough the preparation, the smoother the implementation. Every project starts with a survey and ends with complete documentation.
Honest, not sugar-coated. If something does not make sense, I say so – even if I earn less.
Small on purpose. ITK-Schmidt is a sole proprietorship. For large deployments I work with experienced partners; responsibility stays with me.
